We ask you to speak for us. We ask you to tell the people of Earth to pray. What we mean by pray, is to focus your attention on your heart. To feel your heart open. To see your own divine light within this space.

We ask you to realize how precious you are. To know how much your planet Earth loves you and has cared for you during your lifetime upon her surface.

We ask you to appreciate how she nurtures you. We ask you to notice how her waters bathe you, quench your thirst and so much more. We ask you to notice how her dirt gives birth to life that shields your bodies with shade, and provides you with food from plants, trees and bushes.

We ask you to be more aware of how freely Earth has provided you with everything you need to survive and thrive as a human being.

We ask you to be kinder to your benevolent home, Earth. We ask you to care for her as she has lovingly cared for all humanity and creatures who dwell on her surface and within her.

She does not need your thanks. She needs your love and support as you would give to any loved one.

We ask all healers on this planet to send energy to the planet as a daily ritual. She needs your help to ease her transformation process. By easing her transformation process there will be less damage to her surface. There will be fewer lives victimized by her expansion.

We come bearing the light of enlightenment for all to witness and embrace. We ask all Light Workers who read our request to answer with their hearts.

When I opened her email, this orbs energy instantly went into my heart chakra. It vibrates a Peace, World Peace. But, you must have Peace in your heart before we can have World Peace. The Adventure Begins;

The day after Thanksgiving I was sitting on the sofa at my sons house in Sparks, Nv., getting ready to drive home. As I sat there, my mind wandered  to being concerned about "our safety" should a war break out on American soil.

Instantly, a  thought came into my head and said, "You'll know what to do when the time comes". ? Well THAT'S comforting I thought, and left for home.

As I am  driving, I am Clairvoyantly looking at energy, I felt like my Astral Body was or has been, in a flying saucer, just being there, maybe?  Learning, Maybe? Can we bring information back through or from, our Astral Body, I wondered? It kinda felt like I could.

As I was noticing all this, I suddenly felt this high vibrational energy in my crown chakra and at that moment a bright Silver Orb about the size of a lemon with energy emanating from its top, bottom, right side, left side,  came into my vision, I looked at it for a moment, then it went into my 4th. Chakra. I am wondering why my 4^th chakra and not my crown, but I looked no further, needing to paying attention to driving. 

An hour or so later I feel this intense energy on top of my crown chakra and being concerned for my Spiritual Well Being, without being in resistance, I brought in some Christ energy and asked St. Germain for protection, at which time the Venuvian Master Sanat Kumara came in and assured me that I was protected. He felt very gentle and I felt as though he was guiding me or "showing me around" wherever we were. As much as I can be aware of while driving, anyway. 

 The next morning in meditation, I saw two smaller Silver white orbs, they emanated a blue-white energy mist of sorts,  I feel a great affinity with them, kinda like...love. humm.  In that moment, the Orbs went into each hand chakra and I felt a warm buzzing sensation. I am amazed.

My First Personal Communication With the Sisters of Angola

Hello,  Sisters, I invite you in to speak: May I ask how you are assisting me and what is your purpose of working with me?

Response:

We’re glad you asked, we cherish humanity, as you are one. We assist those who are ready to take their next step. We devote much energy into your well-being and your own specific ascension process.

We are glad you do not go into your ego over this, as it makes it easier for us to assist.

 You are already with many like-minded souls, you are a little more trusting than some, but soon, they will come around.

Hold steady your course; you are correct in sharing this information with others and the healing work you are doing as well. We thank you for giving yourself in service, this type of gesture is much appreciated.

It is not necessary to give you much advance communication as the most effective way to guide humans is to allow them to follow their guidance, just like you have been doing.

We are so pleased that you are attending Contact, it will be great fun for all of us.

Ps..You are learning to LOVE.

Nicasio Reservoir, Marin County, Ca. Feb. 18, 2026.  I took this picture just before I psychically saw the spaceship, gaze at this photo, see if you can sense their presence. It's there...right, dead, center.

As I am becoming accustomed to communicating with these Beings, I took a drive to this location in Marin County,  in the open countryside, with less 'interference' if you will. Here is what transpired: 

 On my way there, I asked "The Angola Sisters" if they would appear to me, and about 10 miles from the reservoir  I felt a buzzing sensation on my crown, like when those blue healing orbs initially came in.

Upon arrival, I pulled off to the side of the road and parked across from the reservoir. I felt they were there and took some pictures, in case they would appear as Orbs.  I knew they were there, I could sense them but saw nothing, and then I heard  telepathically, a feminine voice, WE ARE HERE.

 I continued looking but did not see anything and again, WE ARE HERE. Suddenly I saw it Clairvoyantly, the Spaceship,  hovering about 100 feet  over the water, directly in front of me, it was huge. It wasn’t a clear, crisp picture though, but as if there was a mist or fog overlaying it, making it somewhat faint, but it was there. The shape kind of reminded me of a donut with filling, round, kind of elongated and  flat, but I did not see much of anything on the outside, although I "knew" it was occupied. I do believe one of The Sisters has shown herself Clairvoyantly to me, she feels about 5 feet tall or so, and is an opaque white color.

Suddenly I felt like I was inside the ship, it was dark at first, then blue lights, then I saw a large screen and I knew that they could see anything they wanted from that screen, but I did not see any inhabitants, and then I was back.

What an amazing, unexpected experience, I was in awe of the size of the Ship. I was offered to return to this location once a month to meet again. However that will transpire.

This morning, as I lay in bed, I'm thinking, what am I supposed to do with this experience and information and the reply came: We Will Let You Know. So...I will let you know...

Also, for healing, this energy is not guided, it goes where it is needed, or requested. I've noticed that it will start running by itself and if you sit with it and let it run, it will go out to the planet or the person,  it can be a pretty intense feeling as it runs out the hand chakras.

 I believe this energy is available to anyone who asks for it. Ask And You Shall Receive

We know it is hard to register what we showed you, but it is real, we’re sorry we could not appear in person, but that is not our protocol.

I know it may seem fantastical, but our ship is real, and yes, you were shown briefly around inside, and yes, our ship is immense.

We live in a galaxy much like your own but in a different solar system. We stay true to ourselves and that is one thing we are trying to impart on humanity. We have been to your Universe  many times and we continue to assist your planet in raising its energy vibration to the 5th dimension.

Thank you for becoming our ambassador, we truly cherish you.

We know you have questions but our lack of specifics is deliberate, this protects people from projecting about the future and second guessing us and themselves. Indeed, this keeps your life more interesting. Does it not?

We can tell you, that life is about to get much more interesting as far as personal growth is concerned, namely your own.

What with the current Astrological influences, it allows things to happen that humans cannot control, much to their dismay. They are going to blame GOD?

For those who pay lip service to our creator, they may be surprised that what is written is not exactly true. That is the human condition however, but the planet will right itself in spite of humanity.

February 22, 2026

I am returning to the reservoir again today to connect with the beings that I am now working with. As I am getting closer to my destination, I receive a hello and am shown a mental image, Clairvoyant, picture of the Kabbalah. How odd, I am not familiar with the teachings of Jewish Mysticism, but I will look it up when I return home.

THIS IS THE MESSAGE OF THE KABBALAH:

• God is infinite. To make space for our reality, God created a void within His infinite light, whereby He remains present, but cannot be perceived. This is known as tzimtzum.
• God is within everything and everything has a purpose. When you have interacted with any part of God’s creation and used it for a good cause, you have elevated the Divine spark within it and brought the universe one small step closer to its perfection.
• To bridge the gap between finite and infinite, God emanated a world of harmony and Divine oneness we call “Atzilut.” This acts as the interface between God and us so that we can relate to Him. The instructions for this interaction are in the Torah, as taught by our Sages in the form of halacha.
• We are a reflection of God. Through understanding the human being, particularly, the 10 elements of the human intellect and emotional makeup, we can get an inkling of the 10 elements of the Divine. Conversely, through attempting to understand Him, we can understand and harness our own selves.

I AM STUNNED.

As I park at the reservoir, I can feel the spaceships presence, and as I sit in my car, I say hello to them and suddenly I am aware (psychically) of four or so, small greenish alien beings on the hood of my car, peering at me curiously through my windshield, one even reaches in an touches my 4^th chakra, but of course, I cannot feel it.

I now have a sense of a larger off white being that is occupying the passenger seat of my car; I can see it vaguely with my clairvoyance, or 3^rd eye. She continues sitting there until I finish writing of my experience so far.

Clairaudiently I hear, Hello My Friend, You Are Doing Well?

Now I am feeling like I am inside their space ship looking around, it’s lighter inside and I feel like I am becoming familiar, or used to being in their vessel as this has happened a couple of times in the past few months – Thanksgiving, to be exact.  

Suddenly, the energy shifts and I am no longer aware of the large craft but I see four small black saucers in the sky, hovering over the water about a mile up and they do not feel very friendly and I no longer feel the presence of the off white being, or the spaceship.

Minutes later, the off white being is back, it feels feminine, occupying the passenger seat of my car again. She reaches over and puts her finger on my 6^th Chakra (forehead), my eyelids feel heavy so I close my eyes and watch an iridescent blue and white energy orb enter into my 6^th chakra. Watching the movement, it feels like it is broadening my psychic awareness, clearing my Pineal and Pituitary glands and Hypothalamus and the energy channels in the back of my neck.

She finishes and says, you are now one of us. What does that mean I ask? It will be much easier to communicate with each other. I look around, I vaguely sense the ship is back, but it seems to be in a fog or a mist. I looked around and inquired about the black saucers,  pay them no mind was the reply, they create interference and that is what you are learning to have your seniority from.

We Love You, and they were gone.

Healing Stories

A 40 something black woman came up to sample the juices I was offering. She complimented me on the shade of my eyeliner, then said, “I used to be a makeup artist, and then this happened. She held up her hand to show the tremors she has experienced for the last 3 years, then showed the surgery scar at her hairline, and Doctors told her she had 18 months to live. “They aren’t going to tell me shit”, she exclaimed, I am NOT going to let this take me out, I refuse.

At that moment, without hesitation, I asked, Do you mind if I touch you? As she laid her hand down on my cart, I put mine on top of hers and started running this amazing healing energy through the palms of my hands..
The energy was building and getting pretty intense when all of a sudden another black woman rushes up, plops her hands down on top of ours and starts praying.. out loud. ??? I asked the newcomer, do you know this person? No she replied. I said “then step over to this side where there is room for you”. We Are Now In A Revival. TENT, PLEASE.

I feel the energy I was channeling get disrupted a bit, but it continued to run but not quite as intense. Now the new lady is “In Church” ,Praise the Lord, save my “sister” from the devil. H O L Y  C O W…I am rather amused at being railroaded from this healing, but, oh well, and I wait for the woman to stop her prayers (at least 3 or 4 minutes). She finishes, we thank her, and she leaves.

I then continue giving this woman some communication, she’s releasing energy down her Creative Arm Channels, and I could Clairvoyantly see the circuitry in her brain literally popping blue-white sparks of energy.. Instantly I thought "THAT WAS IT, THERE’S THE HEALING SPOT". All of a sudden the woman says I’m getting hot, I never get hot. I continue a bit longer and then, we’re done. and again she said, I’m so hot, I have to take my coat off, I never get hot, I’m always cold. Thank you so much, and left, almost in tears.

What an amazing experience.

 Back at the grocery store, a few days later, I am walking to my demo station where a man is standing close to my chair. I started chatting with him, making small talk, when he asked if he could sit down on my chair for a moment as he was sweating profusely. He started telling me about the cancer medication he was taking and how it was playing havoc on his body, hot, cold, hot, cold. We spoke a little while, he was a Pastor in his church, he was trying to stay in good humor around his grandchildren, then I asked if he minded if I touched him. No he didn't, was the reply. 

The Healing energy was lightly running while we talked for another five minutes or so and when he got up, he said, Thank You for letting me sit here for a moment, I feel refreshed. 

Refreshed, mission accomplished.

Science:  Resonance is a phenomenon that amplifies a vibration.  It occurs when a vibration is transmitted to another object whose natural frequency is the same or very close to the source.

Every cell, organ and chakra, in your body has a specific resonance that I equate with a the musical note.  With a striker, I tap the corresponding tuning fork and hold it in front of the area of the specific chakra. This promotes the clearing, or release, of energies that are not in harmony with your body.  Head to toe, you have eight main chakras and I clear each one of these and relay the information of what you are releasing. 

There are many forms of sound healing available, such as classical music, synthesized recordings meant to put your brain in an altered state, crystal and brass singing bowls. 

My own personal favorite healing instrument is the Didgeridoo.  I will take this opportunity to pass on information about a CD called Healing Vibes by a musician named Paradiso. This is a three dimensional sound recording to be listened to with headphones, and It is a Phenomenal tool to shift the energy in your space.

Healing Is The Spoken Word. The point of getting communication is to help release or de-energize life's experiences that tend to stick with us and keep us from healing ourselves.

This is an amazing piece of Star Rose Quartz and it gets its name because when put in sunlight, a holographic five pointed star rises about four inches above the stone.  It definitely has its own consciousness and I feel its energy in my heart center and in my crown.

Ground, close your eyes and sit with this stone and notice what part of your body comes to your awareness. Give yourself a deep breath and let go of any energies that are not serving you at this moment. Dare you say hello?

This was an interesting "healing" I facilitated today at the San Francisco Crystal Fair with this 21 month old and her mother.

I was watching the mother interact with her daughter, or I should say, trying to interact with the child. Mom was sitting on the floor next to the child in her stroller. Her face was very close to the child while trying to get her daughters attention while she nursed on her bottle, but the child was paying no attention to her at all, but, as people walked by, the child's eyes would follow the movement, so I knew the child was aware.

I approached mom and after chatting with her for a bit, I mentioned about personal space/boundaries, and demonstrated how it feels when someone is standing so close, that you have to step back because it feels uncomfortable.  I explained about being aware of our personal bubbles and how we can communicate from within our own bubble (aura).  That way, the child has a little more space to be.

When I asked about the helmet, she said her daughter had issues with balance, so I asked if she had a difficult birth.  She said yes , she needed a C section because the baby was 18 days late.

I saw how much of grandmas energy was in the child's space so I pulled out an energetic cord from the child's first chakra and moved the grandmother out of the child's space.

At this point the child is starting to squirm, so mom took her out of the stroller. The longer we talked, the more the child came back into her body, and this picture is the end result of our communication.

When I was working retail, I would always ask customers how their day was going.  One gentleman in particular, said "fine", but in a way that didn't sound very convincing.  Looking at him, I said, "ya know, sometimes we get in a space where we forget to be thankful for what we do have. Just like the beautiful mountains around us and the abundance we have, but forget to notice.

A moment later he thanked me for reminding him to remember Gratitude, "it totally changed my perspective" he said.

Again, I am working retail when I see  an elderly black woman standing alone in the isle, she's all dressed in her Sunday best, complete with a dainty hat and patent leather shoes.  I walked over and complimented her on how beautiful she looked while I straightened the lapels of her coat to make them perfect, and chatted with her for a minute.

Ten minutes later she comes back to my register and said, "Are you the greeter here or do you just make people feel good?"  I do both, I said.

In the beginning of my first session, I told Destiny nothing about myself. During my session, Destiny told me about a family member’s unwelcome energy in one of my chakras.
